(See that blog post here) So I wanted to get you set up so that you can start building a list of followers. The first thing you need is an autoresponder. There are many out there and there are advantages to each of them.
Aweber is probably by far the limo model. It has all the bells and whistles that you could ever want or need. It sends an attractive email and has options for templates that can go with your business industry or maybe just to suit your mood. Aweber has been known to not be home business friendly so please keep that in mind when choosing your autoresponder. Many a marketer has been shut down and lost thousands of subscribers so please beware. The cost of aweber is around $19/mo for under 500 subscribers. From there the prices increase rapidly and you will be paying quite a bit for the service if you have thousands of people on your list. So it’s a trade off…quality vs security and price.
Another Autoresponder is GetResponse and this is a good quality autoresponder that can give aweber a bit of competition. I have not heard anything negative about this one. It has a robust platform and a nice looking email form for your customers. You get 1,000 subscribers for $15/mo, 2,500 is $25/mo, and 5,000 subscribers is $45/mo. The pricing on this one can get expensive as well so beware that when your list gets into the thousand s you will be paying more for this one.

One very nice autoresponder is GVO. It’s reasonably priced at around $10/mo and I think you can have as many as 5,000 subscribers for that monthly fee. This company continues to grow in leaps and bounds and they are home business friendly meaning they will not shut you down for the least bit of complaints that you will inevitably receive from people who subscribe to your lists. This one is bare bones though but a very good way to get your messages out to your raving fans.
